Where are we located?

Our Head office, Trade Counter and Warehouse is 3 Holland Drive, Melton, VIC 3337. From our bulk warehouse we dispatch daily to every city & state in Australia!

I’m not a business; Can I buy off you?

Yes, we sell to anyone who requires safety equipment, workwear, PPE for any job whether at home or at work!

How do I place an order with you?

There are many easy ways to order from us, you can call & place an order over the phone, email your order, order online, request one of our reps to visit you, visit our trade counter or even post an order via snailmail!

Do you provide a delivery service?

We deliver anywhere in Australia! We use our own drivers & only the most trusted delivery companies to ensure a hassle-free experience for you.

Do you charge for delivery?

FREE delivery on standard orders over $250.00+ GST, otherwise $10.00+ flat rate delivery fee. It is FREE to Click & Collect orders from our store. Some larger and/or bulky products may have an additional charge – check product pages or speak with a sales rep. Remote regions may attract a delivery fee.

Do you deliver outside of Australia?

No, we only ship orders within Australia. If you are an international customer, you are welcome to arrange your own freight from our warehouse.

Can I return my order?

Goods returned for credit will only be accepted within 30 days from the date of invoice, unless it is a manufacturing issue. Goods must be in original unmarked condition and packaging. No return/credit will be issued for custom made, special buy in, embroidered, screen printed, tailored or worn goods. The transport of goods being returned for credit is at the expense of the purchaser. A restocking or handling and administration fee may be charged the purchaser.

How long does delivery take?

Ask us about same day delivery if you’re urgent! Alternatively normal delivery times 1-3 days to Australian Metro locations. 2-7 business days to outer metro & regional depending on your location. You can view our delivery services on our Delivery Services page.

What is FREE Click & Collect?

It is FREE to order online, via phone or email and to collect your order from our store. Once your order is fulfilled, our customer service team will contact you to let you know it’s ready.

I would like a catalogue; how do I get 1?

My order was delivered damaged/faulty/incorrect, what do I do?

Contact us on 03 9747 9995 or speak with your account manager. We will organize a hassle free replacement or refund as soon as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, AMEX and MasterCard), Paypal, EFT and we also accept cash at our Trade Counter.
